How the evening runs

Introduction
Fifteen minutes. Everyone says what they brought, then a quick run through triggers, branches, retries and expressions. Enough to build, not enough to be a lecture.

Build
An hour and a half with an engineer sat next to you. Your flow, connected to your real systems, running on your real data. We cover the unglamorous half too: error paths, and what happens at 2am.

Debrief
Fifteen minutes on what you got working, what got in your way, and where the platform let you down. This is the part we come for.
Who it is for
Operations and finance
You know the process better than anyone and you have never written code. That is the ideal starting point, not a disadvantage.
Founders and owners
The admin you absorbed because it was faster than explaining it. Bring it and hand it over to something that does not sleep.
Developers and IT
You want the glue service nobody owns off your plate. We will cover Gateway routes, self-hosting and agent tooling properly.
What to bring
A laptop, one job you would like to stop doing by hand, and login access to the systems that job touches. Three hours goes quickly, so arriving able to log in is the single most useful thing you can do. If you cannot get credentials signed off before the day, tell us in advance and we will set up a sandbox that mirrors your setup closely enough to be useful.
Food is on us and served throughout, so come straight from work. Tell us about dietary requirements when you book.
No preparation beyond that. You do not need a Flomation account before you arrive, though the free plan takes about a minute if you would rather turn up already logged in.
